Composed of extracting tank, filter, temporary storing tank, vacuum concentrator and condenser etc.
Mainly used for decocting extraction or hot reflux extraction, filtration and concentration etc. Process of traditional Chinese medicine, halobios, various fruits and vegetables and various plants etc. Under static or dynamic status with water or organic solution as the medium. During the extration, the volatile oil and other nutritious contents can be recovered.
Automatic control system of temperature and liquid level is adopted in the whole course.
Pneumatic automatic control system is adopted for material feeding and residues discharging.
The concentrating strength can be automatically controlled.
It has such features as high concentration specific gravity, free of noise, simple structure, low operation cost, and convenient and safe use.
