Working principle:
The blancher is composed of frame, water tank, conveying belt, pump, transmission motor, steam coiler, cover etc. The conveying belt driven by gear reducer to move forward and rotary motion. Working principle: Steam enter into coiler to heat water and transfer energy to material to get blanching. Material enter the chamber from inlet, and move together with belt, then discharge out from outlet.
